  • You will need to be well-organized and able to manage a number of priorities with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external resources in order to support the delivery of transformational change.
  • You will work within a dedicated Healthcare Transformation Framework, which will oversee a number of workstreams, and report to the Chief Growth Officer/Program Manager.
You will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with coordination of workstreams and projects within the transformation program;
  • Gathering data and ensuring information is shared and considered, as appropriate;
  • Making arrangements for a range of meetings and stakeholder engagement programs;
  • Assisting the Chief Growth Officer and the Client’s Chief Medical Officers to evolve strategies for appropriate implementation of iPatientCare products/solutions; and
  • Maintaining accurate records in order to track ongoing progress of the transformation program at select clients.
  • Preparing healthcare transformation program initiation documents and planning; and establishing the required workstreams, including clear objectives, timeframes and reporting lines as well as priorities for delivering best products/solutions. Upon establishing required workstreams, you will work with CGO in high level of monitoring of various workstreams to deliver digital or HCIT transformation objectives.
  • Working directly with super users from clients for assessment of their detailed needs, workflow analysis, conducting workshops, understanding and implementing better practices, studying relevant acts and laws of the lands globally, evolving consensus among the relevant stakeholders, and preparing detailed requirements documentation that can be understood by the clients and relevant product leads and their teams.
  • Leading intensive product/solution enhancement sessions with product owners and management of complete product development life cycle representing client super users and their needs, working with CGO and Corporate Services for managing client relationships, and ensuring successful planning and execution of user acceptance testing, including user experience, training, and adoption.
  • Leading transformation program management based on evidence, and to that end, establishing base line of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and measuring/monitoring KPI at key delivery stages, post go-live, and periodic operational phases. Documenting each review of KPI and presenting meaningful analysis of achievements of the complete transformation program.
  • Working with cross-functional workstreams to document, publish, and enhance content and lessons learned as case studies, whitepapers, and presentation/papers
