  • Responsible to manage and track the productivity of the entire RCM team and to ensure that billing and collection activities are timely, accurate and proactive.
  • The position supports the company's overall Operations and Client Services by efficiently and effectively providing management, oversight.
  • In order to provide the appropriate level of RCM management for the company and our clients, the RCM Manager must be well-versed in the details of all levels and functions within the full scope Revenue Cycle.
You will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for managing RCM operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of RCM as a process.
  • Supervise various teams, such as account management, communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing.
  • Overseeing the hiring and training of staff.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate team.
  • Identifies and provides timely resolution of process issues.
  • Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
  • Working closely with the Director, RCM to build out monthly and quarterly project and implementation plans
  • Accountable for overall performance of P&L, attrition, replacement hiring, performance review etc.
  • Dealing with related issues such as leave planning and shift management
  • Work with Team Leader or Mentor to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
  • Weekly and Monthly Meeting with Providers over Phone and/or remote connection for discussing about the AR and Collections.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business review/dashboard for management/client review Process Transition and Process Streamlining
  • Excellent communication skills for liaisoning and communicating with providers, clearing houses, insurance companies, patients, and internal departments.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to interface directly with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Willingness to work during the night shift.
